Comments on: Hello and thank you for dedicating your expertise to Malecare.
I was treated with external radiation 2 years ago. I now believe the cancer to be gone, however the post treatment effects of ED, hypogonadism, and gradual loss of libido have contributed to fatigue, weight-gain and depression.
I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis (as well as Osteo), after a 7 day diagnostic hospital stay 5 yrs. ago, and I have just started Enbrel – significantly lessening the effects of chronic pain which has severely compromised the quality of my life.
I wanted to know what methods are available to me that might address and benefit any of these conditions holistically or nutritionally. Are there resources available in your area of expertise which are covered by Medicare? I should mention that I am 63 yrs. of age and disabled due to the chronic pain. I’ve had little success using the “pump”along with Levitra. I do not have a partner, and at times feel that I am trying to adjust to a life of celebacy that has been thrust upon me against my will. Since my radiation I’ve gained 45lbs., and have just recently started a diet, and because of the Enbrel joined a recreation center. Of course I understand that the weight can only contribute to the worsening of conditions, but now that the pain is reduced to something I can tolerate, I feel more capable of addressing my body’s needs.
